Maayanot is an emerging inclusive mikveh,
a wellspring for healing, celebration, and transformation.

We are reclaiming and renewing mikveh,
the ancient Jewish ritual of full body water immersion
for the Minnesota Jewish community.

Imagine. Build with us.

Maayanot is

welcoming, accessible, and inclusive —
an open mikveh for all Jews and those becoming Jewish. Maayanot invites participation across Jewish denominations, regardless of affiliation, and the entire spectrum of age, gender, sexual orientation, ability, and background.

A Caucasian naked woman emerging from a pool of water. Her face is just about to break through the surface of the water..

Maayanot is

a new type of mikveh, ritual bath,
that will become
an essential spiritual center for Minnesota Jewish life.

Maayanot is

part of a growing worldwide open mikveh movement.

and the new shall become holy.”
